LLC Administration: Terms and Conditions

COVID-19 Safety

​If meeting in person, both Client and Administrator (also known as “Admin”) must wear a mask at all times.

 

Inquiry Submission

All LLC inquiries must be booked in the following formats:

Consultation

Client will book a 20 minute phone consultation with the Admin to discuss more details of service and determine next steps. Within 24 hours of booking consultation, the Client will receive a questionnaire form to complete. Therefore, the Admin can inform the Client during the consultation if the LLC name is available or taken.

Deposits

The total price of services includes the cost of filling and service fee. Client will receive a proposal via email (invoice and contract) prior to starting service.

Before any service is provided:

  • Basic package - Client must submit payment in full.

  • Premium package - Client must submit at least a 50% non-refundable security deposit of the total service price (Client will have the option to pay for services in full, but it's not required)

 

The default payment method would be the online card payment of the Honeybook platform. Client must inform the Admin if he/she chooses to pay via Cash, PayPal, or other electronic form of payment. Checks and money orders are not acceptable forms of payment. If Client decides to pay the deposit in Cash, it must be delivered to the Admin before services are provided.

Privacy of Information:

Client must understand that he/she will need to provide sensitive information such as the following:

  • Address

  • Social Security Number

  • Phone Number

  • Date of Birth

  • Copy of Driver's License/State ID (Front & Back)

  • Usernames & Passwords

  • Etc. (based on Admin's needs)

 

The information above is needed to file for certain business-related documents. The Admin will send the Client a form via Honeybook to provide the information above. Client’s sensitive information will NOT be shared with anyone other than the Admin.

Turnaround Time

The overall process can take roughly 3-4 weeks. Each document related to LLC has its own turnaround time.

  • Certificate of Organization (LLC Filing) takes up to 10 business days to be active

  • Employee Identification Number (EIN) is available immediately after filing

  • Operating Agreement is effective immediately after creation of document

  • Business Plan is effective immediately after creation of document

  • D-U-N-S Registration takes up to 30 business days to receive D-U-N-S number

  • Domain/Website Address ownership is effective immediately

Client cannot request documents to be expedited as each resource doesn’t provide expedited services.

Pennsylvania LLCs Only

Client understands the Admin only assists with LLCs in the state of Pennsylvania. Admin will gradually add other states to the list.

Branding/Promotion

Client understands that the Admin needs to promote business on website and social media platforms. Admin would only promote business names and client testimonials. Admin will not promote unless the Client promotes their business first, or if Client gives permission for the Admin to promote before the Client. If the Client doesn’t want their business name posted to the public, Client will need to inform the Admin via email at disturbriana@gmail.com BEFORE signing the contract & submitting the security deposit.
